We bought a new car. The service is good. The salesman and even the coordinator are also well behaved. There is reception counter, vehicle for display, meeting rooms, cash counter, new car delivery area. I liked the concept of unwrapping the new car with worship also. As our car was a recent model so the salesman didn't offered us any discounts.. Rest all its good

Ford is known for its Engine and strong build up quality and at Prema Ford you get good attention when you visit the showroom. Go to the store and ask for Mr. Azhar. He's such a lovely person. Azhar Ji is very co-operative and friendly. Because of him only I chose Prema instead of other other dealers in Patna. This is my first car and I'm excitingly waiting for my Ecosport Titanium Petrol to be delivered soon. ...and Endeavour is going to be second.
