Nice rooms, walking distance away from station. There is a huge scope of improvement in terms of professionalism in house keeping...for example towel was provided, but no soap, and even the dispenser of liquid soap was empty. On reminding they checked and saw there was none in stock. Toilet could have been cleaned better. The shower had most of the water leaking out from around the shower head and little coming through it (Room205)...All good equipment, but needs maintainance. For a new hotel this is a bit sad. Breakfast complimentary is served in the room, but not before 9.15am, after 2 reminders. AC and geyser were great. Doesn't have a 'hotel' feel yet. And don't go by the photo of the property on the listing. It is actually located within a narrow street between buildings. Good by itself but misleading.

Good hotel situated just before Big bazaar mall( old Ashok cinema). Clean rooms and washrooms. The staff is not well trained and lacks courtesy. Patna railway station is at the walking distance from this place.

Very nice place to stay in patna. Clean rooms and toilet and well sanitized too. Staff are very helpfull and cooperative. Near to market place all means of transport are easily available. Awesome stay...

I stayed in Olive Suites during my visit to Patna for a Business Trip in Sep,18. I keep on travelling and have stayed in many hotels but I must say that Olive Suites is one of the best hotels I have ever been to. The location of the Hotel is very good. The rooms are well maintained and the washrooms are hygienic. Staff are cordial and friendly and the food is delicious. Rooms are reasonably priced. Definitely recommended to all the travelers in Patna.

We booked the room through MMT and got it quite reasonable. Hotel is okay. Room is small but cozy. Dont expect to find toiletries in the bathroom. The main problem with this hotel is food. It's horrible. Staff are decent.
