The service center is very good, the staffs are also well mannered. They also have a customer waiting lounge with good options to enjoy, like billiards table, carrom board, etc.

Worst Royal Enfield service centre in Patna. Never visit this place for service. They will cheat you in everything.First of all they will not allow you to the place where servicing is done, now if you have said to change engine oil you dont know if it has been changed or not because you can not see it. They will try to add something extra other than you want. Staff and owner both are very rude.

Fraud, looters they only fools is on the name its brand. From 2-3 service issue is mot redolve yet. Management is also poor not proper coordination. All the staff are rude while service.
