Here Nearly Impossible to make DL without an agent. the level of this thing is as Agents are moving inside office premise. And they can go inside without any queue. But you have to wait outside. you will definitely stuck in n numbers of Procedures and if you are a normal person Probably you will give up. When you enter in this area you will feel like it is a dalaal street. Do you want your driving license? So, let me inform you how will you get it. 1. Some important things you have to carry to cyber-cafe DTO are: •Your recent passport size photographs •Pan and Aadhar card (originalphotocopy) •Photo copy of 10th passing certificate •Blood group️ test certificate 2. You have to register online for driving learning license. Which you can do from any cyber-cafe or the store near Biskoman Bhavan. 3. Then after take the receipt go upstairs let the officer\u200d️ check your documents. 4. Go to window pay the bill ( amount depends upon the type of vehicle️ you choose to get license of ) give a smile near camera, take the receipt, visit once again after recommended days, get your original learning license. 5. Within the limited date visit to DTO office again register for driving license, by first visiting to cyber-cafe and then to upstairs. 6. Go the mentioned place at accurate time, give your test( by driving vehicle in a 30 by 30 feet area and answer to some questions about traffic sign).
