Very unskilled, untrained technicians. Don't able to figure out the problem. Took months to deliver spares, and overall a complete lack of customer friendly approach. Very congested service center. Crammed with scrap all over. Seems they have connections , so they got the center. Whirlpool will certainly loose customers base only due to its after sales services, despite good range of products. I also opine that they use duplicate spares to meet the timeline.

This is a authorized sevice centre of whirlpool aapliances in Patna. staffs are professional and experienced. Need to fix my washing machine. It was completed within given time frame of two days. They agreed to show me the parts which needs to change after my approval . I have visited their service centre and found it has comparitvely less space. Otherwise it was nice experience overall.
