No body can purchase any policy through sbi life insurance company has appointed froad staff very important to say that company provide stamp and receipt of SbI life insurance of advanced payment and cheat the customers finally no any higher authority can solve the problem of the customer. Froad staff can misguide and advanced payment received. It is a very serious matter but I also write a complaint and hardcopy send to md but no further action is taken. Most of the customer is also misguided by the staff. Property in Patna one mall branch in dakbangla. Froad staff name - kahkasha nishat and I sure most cases is occurred. But only customers faced the problem. Very poor feedback and company service is very low. No body can purchase any type of policy. Ajit Kr singh
