First of all when I called the number listed on Google for their place, the lady who picked it up was a little rude and didn't answer my questions regarding hair cut services very satisfactorily. I believe that since this is the first point of contact for any such service, it kind of serves as the first impression and maybe the last one as well. Now coming to the services, I got a hair cut and upper lips threading. The hair cut was done by Mr. Pappu and he was really good, both as a skilled professional and also courteous. But the threading done by Ms. Babita was quite disappointing. It looked like she was in some kind of a hurry and was rushing into it. I didn't like that behavior. Moreover, she was also discourteous and a little unprofessional in her conduct. But having said that, I will like to visit it again since it was just my first time.

All members were so warm & welcoming & very professional. Both my hair & makeup lasted well into the night, remaining flawless. Engagement make up was good by shubhi. However hair and party make up could be better from coverage and lasting points , that was done by other staff.

It was my first visit and i had a terrible experience, shabby place, no cleanliness, unprofessional staffs, poor attention to customers, busy with their so-called stuff. Did facial massage for 5 minutes saying it's done, after complaint get offended started teaching do's and don'ts. Such a pathetic place.

Honestly speaking i would have never visited this place if the owner was not be so humble, honest and hard working guy. I mean anyone would love to be in his company and be around him because of the atmosphere over there and surely be satisfied from his team that delivers the demanded service and its grace to watch the way they execute the work with perfection and finenes.
