There should be option of no star. This hospital is just money maker. Staffs are illiterate and unethical. They have given wrong report of covid and very rudely they behaved with a senior citizen when patient was in very critical condition also charged for emergency and after testing they found covid positive I don't know at what ground? After that without any delay they behaved like they will through out the patient. This hospital is..... As similar to the statement आओ हम तुम्हें लूटेंगे और तमाशा बनाएंगे। Even in the govt hospital you will get better treatment than here so don't never choose this hospital from the point of betterment of the patient.

This is very bad hospital. My grand father had loose motion and when we visited hospital they did corona test, report was positive So when we went PMCH where they did again corona test it was negative. So its mean this hospital is money making... In this pandemic they are trying to fool people... Shame of uuuu

This hospital is very worst.of worst one..very careless staffs there.. report is not authentic at all..my grand Father went to this hospital.and with in 2hrs they told us ..ur patients is covid positive bt reallity is totally opposite..my grandfather report came covid negative.. when diagonse him another hospital....in this pandemic time there staffs and doctor are not at all cooperative and giving wrong report of patients..bcoz if this we got mentally harrassed... so that ..personally I never recommend this hospital to anyone who staying in patna..very bad experience ..I didn't have options to give zero star..

Never ever go to this hospital. They are just bunch of greedy people. They don't care about someone's life. The team of doctors present here is very bad. They killed my cousin sister due to carelessness. After doing this all they still asked money from us. They are killer not doctors, specially the general physician of this hospital. I wish I could give zero star but I couldn't !

This is the worst hospital of Patna. Doctor is novice. My Nanaji did not recover after operation in this hospital. There is no facility. Every time you have to go ground floor for medicine. One old model lift is there, but it’s switch off always by the order of Management. When my Nanaji operation did not successful, we had gone again for the advice, but they refuse to admit and says it’s superficial infection. But his infection was very deep and he passes away finally on 24th September. Conclusion is as under:- 1. Doctor of this hospital is novice. 2.There is no facility, even drinking water is not available on the floor. 3.There is no lift for the attendant n patient. Lift is used by the novice doctors only. 4.This hospital is a lootera overall. 5.Laboratory people taking the sample four times in a day for the sugar whereas patient has no sugar history. They just want to loot the money. Summary: Never go to this hospital. Govt hospitals is much better than Shiva Hospital, Patna.
