Very uncomfortable seat. They were talking about comfort and all because of volvo. I was awake full night. I felt every single jurk on road. Next is they promised for different seat but disappeared when bus started. Conductor and driver were very rude. Last but not the least. They only understand money not the customer.

Very pathetic service...I will not suggest any body to go with this.. First they will give commitment of different seat but after getting into bus they will alot different seat....very pathetic service...staff are very rude and unprofessional.
Very rude and ill mannered driver and conductor. My new mobile charger was stolen from charging socket and when i complained to the bus driver to inform your authority about theft he replied very rudely. He said that we are not responsible for your loss. Infact one adult person wanted to piss and asked the driver to stop they denied for that too in a very illmannered way... Otherwise bus is ok.
To much dirty bus lot of mosquito in bus.
