Never go with siti Broadband, I had taken taken broadband connection 2 months ago , and it keeps dropping in every 5 mins, tried calling customer care , they never respond, tried contacting local support but they don't have updates, they simply said put your complaint in customer care. since I had taken 3 months prepaid plan and also paid 3200 installation charges 1800 for 3 month plan in Patna. worse speed, worse service , No customer ethics.

The internet as well as staffs are so bad that I can't even imagine that they can ever provide you with good internet.It always disconnects in every 5 mins and then you have to restart your router .simply the worst internet in patna
