Had Balayage hair colour heightlights and hair cut. Done by Swati. Brillient service given by her (In fact, by entire staff). Pleasant and polite behaviour. She wonderfully merged hair color with my original hair color which is still getting prettier with each passing day :) (Writing review bit late) She has clear vision and execellent understaing of hair styling & hair color application. Ambience of the parlour pleasing and refreshing. Staff is very friendly and amicable. My make was up to the mark which made my party memorable. Divya and shehzada are skilled at their work and I really recommend them. Thank you.

The worst beard trimming and styling i have experienced today and the haircut which is very basic that you can get at Rs. 60 in every other nearby small salons. Very inexperienced and undeserving staffs for such a a franchise. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. The best performing man out there is the man serving coffee/tea/water. Looks Salon are the best for quality services in Patna, I'd add.

Appointment time went smoothly, very happy with the hair cut, but head massage given was only for 10 mins when they take 20 min of massage charges, I don't remember the hair stylist name, but he was not pro and looks not interested in giving a head massage. Management should be looking and appointing proper massage therapist if they are offering a service.
