Nice colony with only one entrance gate

A good residential area developed in the land earlier belonging to Bihar Cotton Mills. The sewage facilities have been developed and land has been plotted and all the close to 150 plots have been sold out. Since its a gated area with high boundary walls and security guards, the area is pretty safe for residence. 3-4 families have already move in and many other houses are under construction/ nearing completion. The location is great due to proximity with Airport and Phulwari railway station. The price appreciation has been amazing over the past few years. Great for residence as well as investment.
