Very nice experience. Repaired my specs which did not even originally belong to titan and the free eye checkup was an added bonus. And on top of it all both repair and checkup was free. Awesome experience..

I visited Titan Eyeplus, Kankarbagh for a service and had a wonderful experience. The behaviour of staff was courteous, prompt, well trained and cooperative. They also introduced the new types of lenses introduced by Titan and explained it's benefits and good collection of Spectacles. I place on record my appreciation for all the staff of this store.

Although this appreciation post is a little late but worth it. I had visited Titan Eye Plus kankarbagh twice during lockdown period and the way they were following covid safety protocols along with providing excellent customer service. I would like to thank especially Mr. Ravi Ranjan who helped me a lot in choosing lenses from the comfort of my home and i had to visit store only for collection. He is very courteous and supportive person.
