I've got a very good experience here. Staffs are very friendly and supportive. Haven't faced any problem while purchasing a new bike. All the queries were answered properly. I' m glad that I became a customer of Sagar TVS.

They gave us cheap quality old spark plug and they take the cost of the orginal one very poor servicing they gave the worst one. Very poor service center and they told us to change the carburetor as it was in very good condition theg loot everything very worst service and maintained the vechile wego

It is very worst workshop. they have very bad mechanic and it is very bad to make a vehicle please don't go over there to make a service of your new vehicle for old vehicles it is very bad and they have very poor staff where poor mechanics and everything is just very poor please don't go to this works of this is a worst workshop in Patna

Behaviour of the staff very bad. I have been cheated by the staff his name is Mr. Bhim who has finalized the Jupiter zx price with me at Rs. 88000 with the accessories. After the payment of total committed price, Mr. Bhim has denied to give important accessories and lastly I frightened by him as bina accessories ke hi le jana hoga ya accessories lena h to uska payment alag se karna hoga. It is an injustice.
