New secretariat also called Vikas Bhawan. Many important state government offices are in this building. The building and campus is huge with a bank and subsidised canteen. There is enough place for parking still it is crowded. The building is multistoreyed with lot of halls and chambers for officials but still it looks crowded and cramped.
