Products are at affordable rate. They also offer great discounts and freebies. Good place for grocery. Almost every item is present there. The only negative point is that they have very less space due to which on festival days or on Sundays it become very compact.

I bought 5475 rupees and they didn't give me the gifts you can see there it's mentioned in the Bill..... They were only three billing counter working I had to wait for 1hr 28 min 34 sec... And they were talking very rudely... There were no rules and no social distancing and staffs were also not wearing mask.

Very much unprofessional. They have taken for granted of customer service. No Sales executive is available to show product otherwise showing very busy (donot know what are other job profile for sales executive). Customer care person is reluctant to answer your query. And above all, the billing section is horrible. More than half counter are non operative. If somebody known to the billing executives, then he/she will be getting direct billing facility from non operative counter. In advertising board there was one offer which is getting changed in billing section. And so on.....

Although good price and variety of products is available here but the crowd you get here is not so good. You can always meet students who are bunking their coaching and relaxing here. Sometimes there discrepancy in the billing and also long que for the billing.

A decent Mart to buy Groceries,Electronics and many more.The choices are also decent.Its Crowded most of the time.Offers are very good.After billing i recieved a packet of 1kg sugar for free also.The ambience of this place is good.Parking space is not so big.Staffs are good as they will guide you if you need any help.

vishal mega mart is one of the best and one of the biggest malls in patna Bihar U can find here almost every brands like adidas,nike,calvin klein,crocs,puma etc. U can find here different types of perfume U can find here stylish bags for ladies And u can also find bags for mens also It is one of the premier malls in patna bihar I have visited here yesterday during durga pooja and corona also But there are so many heavy discounts I'm like wow So this mall have 4 floors 1st floor is for ladies section 2nd is also for ladies section 3rd one is for men's And 4th one is for kids, backpacks and for shoes And the 5th floor is a restaurant but i dont have time to visit there so I'll visit there next time Disclaimer: this mall is only for rich ones But overall the mall is good and clean and high price also
