With my recent experience the trust factor has gone down. Very Unprofessional staff and behaviour of floor manager is very rude. He is not even ready to listen the problem. They broke one of the part of my car and refuse to accept and change it. The customer service executive are giving wrong suggestions to change the parts which are not even required till next 5k kms so that the bill can go up. I am not going for service at Ashiana VW any more. I will give ZERO star to this service center.

Service centre staff is just ready to cut their customer's pocket at any cost. Very poor service. I am not going for service at Ashiana volkswagen Patna any more. And i suggest peoples to do not go.

Here service is very poor. Only moto is to make huge bill by replying most of parts. It is better to get work done by local engineer.
