Worst Logistic company. Staff is disaster. Whenever I personally go for booking my products I and my brother face disaster and rude behavior with them. We waited more than an hour. They are not even listening about our bookings. I tried to book my product with the help of one of the senior at Patna office. He even started very unprofessional and rude to us. Head office VRL should definitely take action on such unprofessional illiterate team. We are very disappointed with the service. We wont recommend anyone to go there. Staffs and even their seniors are very rude and unprofessional team. They think that they are owner of the VRL logistic company. Completely not recommended . We are very disappointed by unprofessional behaviour.
