Met with him twice for work in Thrissur for my marriage function. Discussed the event and he said he will give me a quotation soon. I followed up with him multiple times and all I heard was excuses for delay in giving quote. If he is disinterested or unable to take the work, should have told me straight away. Dint give even quote even after months, I gave work to someone else.
