At the time of purchase Mr. Prasanth, Sales Manager offered me after sales support at its best and i thought its a mere words but he is surprising me with 100 percent satisfaction in regard to the after sales support. The employees like him is an asset to Nandilath G mart. Also i would like to express my gratitude to Panasonic India Service team. Purchased 3 ACs for almost INR. 90K & there had been an additional delivery charge of INR. 300 and this is my first time experience that too when the delivery is less than 10km radius... If it was preinformed there wouldn't have been this much strain and this happened when I thought I got the best deal. On top of this Per AC there is an additional installation charges of INR 1400/ too. Never recommend. Big time looters... Lesson relearnt....
