I started my relationship with State Bank in 1997 when I was 11yrs of age. Services from Pattambi branch of this bank is so good, staffs are very cooperative and comfortable. But the policies changed when State Bank of Travancore merged with State Bank of India. There were several offers for common man when it was SBT, which was now stopped. The digital platform of the bank is worst of the kind. Regarding the Pattambi branch, the only drawback I found was the lack of sufficient parking area.
