Highly recommended small town dealership who take customer service to the highest level. Jacen is an absolute Dodge superstar, with superior product knowledge and always available to make deals to satisfy his customers. We bought a Dodge Caravan in 2020 and when our hitch from an older model didn't fit, Jacen and the crew made arrangement to fix us up with a new one. 10 month later I went back and bought a Dodge Ram1500, and I am sure I will be back in a few years to upgrade both cars once again. Very disappointed with the level of salesmanship we received from this dealership. The salesman seemed like a great and relatable guy & months after purchasing our vehicle we are now figuring out that we were lied to in a variety of ways in order to make a sale. Have tried to reach out, only to be ignored. Purchased a previous vehicle from Chrysler (St Catharines) and wanted to stay with the company - but figured we would go local this time. After this transaction we would rather make the trip to St. Catharines!
