It's a big convention center with 3 different auditorium of different sizes. The location is easily accessible on the side of national highway and near to Pattikkad junction. There is a cooking area and ample parking space. It also has business centre in it including, hotel, federal bank, ATM facilities and other shops

It's an super hall with room service and many halls and specially bar service. The hall is too good and it has all the facilities and the food is super.

The Bar doesn't have good complimentary items rate is heavy, should consider some better items

Ideally stop over at Patikad enroute to Plalagat on the high way ...excellent service - safe and absolutely clean place for freshning up - surprised to see a lounge exclusively meant for travelers ...great

Ok place to stay for 2-3 nights. Have ac rooms. Basically its a convention center used for training purposes. But outside bookings are also available subject to vacancies. Peechi Dam is a tourist place which is approximately 7 km from here. Corner rooms are bigger and spacious. Veg and non veg foods both are available. Cleaning is available.
