Very poor customers service. If your standing in front of her i mean the staff she will never ask for what you came, I don't the staff name but very bad customer service.when your going to ask anything she will say wait for sometimes and she will forget replays us, my wife also got same experience from her.Before her thr was one staff she was good and unfortunately she got transfer bad luck for us. Federal bank management give some customer service training to her.i am planning to change my entire account from federal bank only because of this.
