Every time you go for an check up, need to wait for the whole day to consult the doctor. And the doctor will go to her house which is in the same building whenever she feels. Dozens of people will be waiting outside but who cares. Second, the group of nurse who works there doesn’t show any respect and always does favouritism. Finally, during delivery, my wife and whole family faced worst time. When my wife was in labour ward the doctor just visited once and made an nurse to watch for more than 2 hours. At last doctor came around 9 am after making sure her kids are gone for school, and attended the delivery.

The service was Excellent, some of people given them sad experience. But, now here they carring very well. The Doctors & Staff Nurses are so kind I Thank to whole Team of Grace Nursing Home. Note: It's my Real Experience my baby born on 18/12/2019 baby of Saranya Manikandan
Today morning @8.30am I was arrived in the hospital to see doctors..before I come ...I was make a call and ask the supervisor...he said you can come today morning 8.00 am can see the doctor...after that only we went to the hospital travel from near muthupettai to Pattukkottai...with my husband... And we straight away went to the reception then we ask for want to see the doctor ,but the receptionist lady said ..I book an appoinment For you tomorrow because the doctor is not available today .. I was explain to the receptionist,I already called the supervisor by mobile phone in the morning @7.00am ,he said you can come today to see doctor Then the receptionist said call and ask the supervisor ,.who ask you to come..then I make a call and speek to the supervisor.and I explain.whatever the lady said. then he also talk with the receptionist through my phone.after that he said if you want to see doctor .you have to wait for until4.00pm. While I call in the morning he said don't need to book an appointment to see doctor..then after we arrived in the hospital the receptionist lady said I only can book a appoinment for you tomorrow .....what is this?? This if rediculous..no respect for patient... The staff don't Care about patient..So upset
Doctor is good approach but room atmosphere not value and working labours and service very very worst this hospital not satisfied and bad experience most of people doctor first choice surgery I really disturbd
