Beautiful walk with a very cool bridge over the mangroves. Cool loop tracks and trails next to Pauanui inlet.

Stayed in Pauanui for a week and loved this trail. Its a shame its not finished yet...great for walking, running and cycling. Such beautiful views especially when the inlet is glassy.

Amazing bike trail that's hopefully being extended to tairua, so far it is very nice and flowing while not being flat and boring, the boardwalks are in good condition and the trail is relatively well signposted. I highly recommend doing it if you visit Pauanui

Was a brilliant walk. Easy to walk with a pram (ours was a cheap basic one). There are benches station along the walk which is great for stop and looking for birds and playing eye spy with kids. Make sure ypu wear sunscreen and take water.

Magical spot to see lots of bird life. Very relaxing & very pretty walkway.

Fantastic trail created by a group of dedicated local volunteers. Look out for the huge rock to start the trail. Safe boardwalk to Tangatarori carpark. Trail continues on to Duck Creek.
