When I was 11 my mom took me to see Paul Croft due to issues I was having ... my parents told him I liked older men , during my first visit with Paul he kept asking if I was attracted to him , how I felt about him , if I had feelings for him ., etc it made me highly uncomfortable and I was forced to keep going for another 2 visits which didn’t get any better , he needs to be out of practice and mentally examined himself who asks an 11 year old if they have an attraction to them and have feelings for them

I was sent to Paul Croft after an incident that I later learned left me with PTSD. My diagnoses was not done here. I would NOT recommend this man to anyone. I left feeling much worse and without help whatsoever. He, in my opinion should not be practicing. I continued seeking help and went on to find the help I needed by a very competent person. Keep looking there are good therapist out there; Paul Croft is not one of them.

There is something wrong when a counselor (like Paul Croft) tells you to get a divorce on your first appointment without even knowing the history and parties involved.

My actual experiences here were awful and left me frustrated. Anyone seeking professional help and comes here will know what I mean. Especially if you have worked with a good therapist before. I gave 2 stars though because I have always wanted to become a therapist and he taught me how not to do therapy :) Old-school mentality. Completely heartless and uncaring. Wouldn't recommend coming here if you are under 35 years old.

Paul provided decent advice and was perfectly pleasant. His billing practices on the other hand are another story. I was billed over 2 months after my last visit, of which the insurance was paying, for a visit I did not have. I asked him about it and he said he was doing year end billing however I had not seen him since October and again, my insurance was footing the bill. While he may provide some good insights he has no understanding of the other aspects of running the business or how to bill appropriately. If you see him pay in cash only or you will be held hostage by his whimsical and unwarranted billing whenever he so chooses. Good luck with that.
