My elderly parents had major damage to my father's garage/workshop in August 2019. Several trees went through the roof. There were no repairs made until January 2020. That's 5 months without any repairs to the holes in the roof. Once the work was completed, the workmanship was awful. The garage doors weren't nailed together correctly. Overall, I do not recommend Paul Davis Restoration. They don't complete the repairs in a timely manner and the workmanship is terrible

Working through restoration from a fire is a difficult, anxiety ridden process but the professional staff at Paul Davis made me feel I had a partner which made me less anxious. A special shout out to Kimberly Cannon (my HERO) who was so courteous, patient, knowledgeable and professional - she's a GEM. I also want to mention Cole, who was so helpful, always had a smile and an understanding of the small details. While I didn't have the privilege of meeting Shannon Wootten, our emails and conversations were essential in my understanding of ordering and billing since as a layman much of the paperwork was Greek to me. I would resoundingly recommend Paul Davis!!!

Everyone I have dealt with at PaulDavis has been extremely helpful, kind and respectful of our situation. From Kim Cannon’s group who packed up our entire house with a special thank you to Jason who was there everyday and worked so hard to get everything documented , packed and transported away. Those were very long, hot days. Joe Lemon’s guys who did the demo and cleanup also had some hot difficult days but did a wonderful job getting us to a place where the rebuilding process could begin. Thank you all for your hard work. Losing property was devastating, but your people did the best they could to make sure we were taken care of. We really appreciate it.

I already read negative reviews and saw low rating, but insurance company didn't go through smoothly with another restoration company we chose first, so we had to choose this company(contracted by insurance) instead. I hoped that we would leave a good review after all for Paul&Davis, but the restoration is not finished yet without an explanation(the end date of contract was last week), and they keep sending us invoice which they actually have to make correction on. I hope the rest of process would be completed correctly and honestly.
