They came to fix a leak and needed to demo a bathroom and dry the wet areas. Responded quickly to the call and had a team of 6 with 3 trucks to our property immediately. Left behind a wet carpet in the basement but when I called they sent out a crew the next morning to remove it. Overall very good service! Would use again.

Really should be zero stars, but couldn't post without a star. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. Had an major leak issue in November 2018, PDR assigned STILL NO RESOLUTION (1/2020)! Impossible to reach anyone. On my 4th project manger (they all left PDR), and all vendors that came to assess/estimate are no longer affiliated with PDR. So, 1 year and 2 months later, the holes, water damage and ripped up carpet remain unchanged. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My wife and I had a wowderful experience with Paul Davis. We had a sewage backup in the basement, we called them (after we found out no coverage from Insurance) and their team came out after hours and were so professional. They had to leave some equipment, but came back daily to make sure everything was drying as they needed..... Again, super happy!!!!!

Terrible service. They have sent other companies to take care of the issues and don't keep track of what is going on. I have no answers when I send emails asking for updates. My house is almost in the same situation since the issue happened (water damage). Do NOT hire them, unless you want to be forgotten and spend a lot of money in hotels while they do NOTHING in your house. More than 60 days have passed and I still don't have my house back. I could count less than 10 days having people working in the house. They don't care about you at all... Use Google and find another company. I wish I could give less than 1 star.
