I came to Paul Gough Physio looking for help with a painful lower back. I was welcomed by the whole team and after a series of appointments now feel so much better. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming that I would recommend them to anyone seeking help.

I've been to many physiotherapists over the years, and I can honestly say that Paul Gough's Physio Rooms in Hartlepool has been exceptional. Not only do they always make me feel understood, welcome, and secure, but my physio's Johnny and Shawny are both incredibly good both at helping alleviate pain and equipping me with tools and advice I can incorporate into my daily life outside the clinic, too. Game changer. I cannot recommend them enough. If you're dealing with pain, PG physio rooms should be your first port of call.

I have been living with neck pain for around 15 years now, in and out of hospital and various practice's for years with no pain relief. I have been going for Paul Goughs Physio for a few months now and the treatment I am receiving has lowered the stiffness of my neck and dipped the frequency of the headaches/migraines that I live with. These Physiotherapists are great with hands on treatment and explain with sincere clarity what the problem could be and what they are going to do and what exercises they want you to do. Everyone is friendly from when you walk through the door, it's an absolute pleasure chatting to everyone who works there. I will be using this physio practice in the future as this has been great for my pain levels and general wellbeing. Highly recommended
