In May of 2020 I started to have some issues with my well. I went on line to find someone to work on my well. Paul's Water Works rose to the top of the list. Paul's came out to the house to do an assessment of the situation. My pump was 29 years old but still working but not at peak performance. After some discussion I decided to go with a new pump. I had two choices to go with, a pump and system that I had at that time or a \continuous pressure\ system. I went with the continuous pressure system and do not regret it to this day. Jason and Brad did a fantastic job replacing the old equipment both inside the house and outside. You are wondering why I have waited to write this review. I always wait to be sure I am getting what I paid for. In this case I got what I paid for and a bit more. Shortly after the new controls were installed the pump was cycling on and off. I contacted Jason who was working some 20 miles away. He left that job came over, made an adjustment to the controller and returned to the job he was working on. As someone who worked for a large municipal water company, these things happen. Jason could have just as easily stopped by here on his way back to the shop at the end of the day, but that was not an option. That is what I call customer service. I was so impressed with Paul's Water Works I recommended Paul's to a very good friend of mine who had problems whit his well with out hesitation. I also told my friend to ask for Jason and Brad which he did. If you are ever in need of work to your water supply system, be rest assured you can't go wrong with Paul's Water Works.

Our well just quit working and we called all the local well companies with no response. My wife called Paul's Water Works and he was out here the next morning. Just a great person, great personality and genuine ,we were very comfortable with him. They were extremely busy and backed up with work but they still took us on because we were in a tough spot. After signing on, he was in constant contact with us and in the end we got a new well, new pump and filter system with high quality equipmentand and service. We enjoyed having them here. We are forever grateful. Thank you
Our well pump dies and we had no water. We called Paul and left a message and they called back quickly. They indicated they would come out to do the work at noon and they showed up on time with all the parts on hand. They had to replace both the well pump and pressure tank. They were very professional and showed me everything they were doing. I can't believe how quick and through they were. They also replaced a well pump for my brother a year earlier. The price was also reasonable. I would highly recommend then. Very impressed with their services.

My well stopped working because of multiple problems. The pump was shot, the tank was shot, and the pipe was leaking. Jason came out and although he could't fix it for 2 weeks he rigged a tempo tank and pump in my driveway so with a tank I supplied was able to get emergency water. He showed up on the day he promised with a whole crew and within 4 hours sunk a new well, trenched a new pipe and installed a new tank and pump. I cannot say enough good things about this company. When you call the office you talk to Jason's wife and she is an absolute delight to talk to.
