This bank manager was not friendly with customers and he will make customer to roam around his bank for simple things he can't even approved loan after even submitting all necessary documents. Friend of mine as roamed around like 3 months around this Bank to get is home loan approval but the manager was so busy in mobile so it is and I didn't even notice the customer so my friend has approached another branch of this bank that branch people have provided loan within 3 working days so tell me whose fault is this
