I have nothing but praise for the Pavilion Dental Group. The office staff consisting of Terry and Stephanie are truly professional individuals These ladies show that they really care about their customers. They offer various medical plans in case you don't have dental insurance. I feel that Dr's Hayes and Adam Block are the top dental surgeons and their profession. They make you feel comfortable, and advise of the steps performed. I highly recommend the Pavilion Dental Group I believe they have the best office staff and dentist in Arizona.

These guys are awesome. They are quick and efficient friendly and gracious. And they gave me a wonderful discount which allowed me to have my partial repaired. Otherwise I would have been walking around without two front teeth. I am grateful and will certainly keep coming here as well as my family and my extended family. Thank you Pavilion dental.

The front office was super friendly and helpful! I had a small problem with my night guard and they immediately set me up with another appointment to resolve the issue. I get my cleanings here, I got my wisdom teeth removed here, and now I have a night guard from this dental clinic. That's all to say, that I highly recommend them, and I am more than pleased with the treatment I have received!

Summary: I have yet to meet the dentist for whom I was referred. They changed my appt 3 times to finally tell me that he was not coming in on my final appt and that I would be seeing someone else for my routine exam. Given that I had already rearranged MY PATIENTS (yes, that is correct) and MY SCHEDULE 3 times, I decided to just proceed with his associate who was acceptable. While the front staff and hygienist apologized profusely, the associate dentist never apologized or even acknowledged my inconveniences. But the final straw was when an accident broke my front incisor in half on a SAT and I called the \emergency\ contact. After 35 min on hold, I finally reached the call center person who paged the \dentist-on-call\ for me. I have yet to hear from them for 2 days. They are now on my DO NOT RECOMMEND list and I will never return. CAVEAT EMPTOR.
