This was my 2nd time visiting Samantha, first at Pavlova Salon East. She did a fantastic job the first time so she was a must follow! I wanted to go from a very brassy blonde to a cooler-silvery tone. It was a long process but the result was well worth it. There was a part of the process where things went a little too cool with the color, but the fellow stylists got on board to help get us back to the goal blonde. The ladies were all very sweet. I enjoyed my time & even more, my result!
