Thank you pawprints so much! Our cat really enjoyed her stay. She got the medicated spa. She is very clean. The staff were very nice and helpful! They even played with her. The place is also very clean. The prices are also very reasonable, Altogether we spent 180rm for 3 nights and for the medicated spa. They gave daily photos and updates on her! Will definitely come back again️

My cat spent 2 weeks of her lovely holidays at the place. It was the first time I had left her at a cat hotel but I was constantly so reassured she was happy and spoiled with the regular updates and nice pics, sent by the team nearly every day. She was absolutely amazing and super kind. My cat came back looking well treated, feed and groomed(I took medicated spa) In addition, the price is affordable. This gonna be the regular cat hotel for my baby pet and I highly recommend it for your pets!
I was very nervous about our first cat boarding booking, however, pawprint cats hotel is fantastic. The place is clean even cat toys all over the hotel but i take it as good environment cause I know if i left my cat for boarding they have playtime instead sitting in the cage all the time and all the cats seemed playful and happy. I was allowed to visit before booking my cat in and their staff was very patient in answering all my questions and very responsive during the booking process.
The team give the best service to my furbabies! The place is extremely clean, my cats seems very comfortable staying there. My go-to place to board my cats. Highly recommended
Highly recommended ! Professional, kind, very respectful and courteous owner ! It was our first time today at PawPrint Cat Hotel. Firstly, the paw prints on the entrance already melted our hearts as we entered. We were greeted by Kak Nora and everyone with a warm welcome (including all the super cute happy fluff balls). Lucy my kitty was boarded there for only a day but I already know this is the place to go if I ever needed a boarding service. Kak Nora and Faa were so understanding. It is the down to earth, and kind spirit they have that makes me a very happy customer. My kitty was handled gently with love. I also received updates during my kitty's stay there. This is the place to board your fluffy fur babies.

This cat hotel is so good, we booked suite for our cat, it is very comfortable for her. Only have 2 suite in 1 room and the room is so spacious. Plus point for this cat hotel, easy to park your car and there is no smell because there is a lot of air ventilation installed in the hotel. The owner Ms Yasmeen also very friendly and knowledgable about cat. Very satisfied with the service .
