They don’t return calls. Haven’t even had the opportunity to speak with anyone after 7 contact attempts over a 5 week period. If this is an indication of a future business experience, Probably best to just take notice of the warning now.

Called multiple times and left a voicemail with no call back. Messaged their facebook group. I was told a class started on Tuesday August 20th when I asked if they still had room for that Tuesday class the person replied they have no classes on Fridays and that their next class starts on September 17. Horrible customer service. Their website says to drop off payment and class enrollment form in a drop box and they'll email you close to the class date to confirm your spot. As confused as they are on their facebook page and their lack on phone communication, I'm sure my money and enrollment form would have been 'misplaced' and no refund ever issued.
Nice, clean and air-conditioned. My instructed was reward based but not positive focused though, that is my only complaint.
We have an eight month old rescue puppy. When we first got him (approximately 5 months old) we were concerned about making a mistake by picking him. He nipped constantly.We could not even walk through the house or pet him.Going to class was our last hope. Jennifer was great.She gave us the tools to train Leo (while training us). I told my husband one night after a training class where I was very nervous that we were the problem , not Leo. Eight weeks later my attitude has changed.My husband and I are less nervous, we know that we will have a good dog. We are continuing training at Pawsitive Partners. Jennifer ‘s professionalism and knowledge was only exceeded by her love for the dogs.
Took our 3 month old Standard Poodle and in 8 weeks he was more mannered. We are planning on taking him to more classes. We are going to work on agility training here too.
