I entered the store and a female employee looked at me and looked away... Didn’t say “hi, welcome...” nothing but I didn’t care because I wasn’t there for her. I just stood on the line to make my exchange where a male was checking out a family. After the male employee checked out the people in front of me, proceeded to continue their conversation, with nooo sense of urgency of any kind at this point refused to acknowledge me as well. While the same female employee just stood behind the register, with her arms crossed just standing there, doing absolutely nothing... but standing and breathing and stilll refused to acknowledge me. I stood on the line for just about ten minutes hoping someone would say, “sorry for the wait or be right with you” but how could they if they didn’t even look at me ONE time!? I’m not confrontational AT ALL but I had already came from another expressions store with employees with a similar experience. I just don’t like spending my money or doing business where it feels like my business is not appreciated or even wanted at all. I left and never returned.
