I have been working with this carrier for a while now and every dispatcher in the office answers the phone professionally and are personable and friendly. I work a lot with Ali and Manny daily and they are awesome and a delight to talk with. They are on top of tracking updates, issues, and responsive to emails! I would highly recommend getting your foot in the door with this carrier. :)

Sunday morning one of there truck drivers was driving aggressively. So much that they wouldnt let me into a lane so I sped up to get infront as my lane was coming to an end. You would of thought I shot at the man the way he reacted. Riding my tail ( minding you a semi with a loaded trailer) litterly pressing me with his bumper. I guess cdl rules dont apply him as the handbook says you should have about 5 seconds of following distance. As a cdl driver you should be driving defensively saying alert for accidents and aggressive drivers. While in a construction zone the man passes me and presses me against the concrete barriers they have on the road literally his rim scratched my back bumper but I feel like he aimed for my tires. He did this twice. So I decided to pass him and not allow him to pass me as I had my girlfriend and one year old daughter in the car. I drive in front home him slowly to drive to get home to stop and he continues to try and get over to the next lane constantly using his air horn that panicked my daughter and girlfriend. This continued for about 3-4 miles. There are multiple things this driver could of done differently one is simply let of the gas and fall back. Even if he felt I cut him off which he told the officers. As a professional who's carrying a few ton of cargo why would you continue to ride my tail and litterly try to kill my family. But reading these reviews I'm assuming from ex employees I understand but I dont accept it. If it was just me in the car I probably would of let it go but he put my family in danger.will be contacting BBB..... view photo and be careful with these truckers they'll bully you off the road.
