I've used New England Motor Freight somewhat regularly for the past 8 months or so and they have been consistently awful to deal with the entire time. I have used them for customer routed freight but reached the point where I equest\ (read: nicely demand) a different carrier from any customer attempting to use them. Doesn't matter the date and/or time you schedule your pick up for; they will show up whenever they want. Or not. Either way, you won't get so much as a courtesy phone call with an update or even an apologetic tone when you eventually call them.
worst place ever to work in all of the north east. ALL DRIVERS STAY FARRRRRRR AWAY
