Had a great experience here today! Brian, the owner was very helpful and explained the process thoroughly. My reason for the visit was to turn in old gold and silver jewelry. He took his time, inspected all the pieces and compensated me well for it. All the while, he was friendly and humorous during my time there. I’m thankful for their helpfulness, integrity and honesty. I will definitely be going back to turn in more jewelry and purchasing some too!

I am so happy I was able to sell my engagement and wedding ring to the right people. Brain at New England Gold and Silver Jewelers was amazing. He took the time to explain the whole process on how he was pricing the rings. Since this was the first time I have ever done something like this, I was worried of being ripped off. Brain made me feel very comfortable and was very informative. He even had me laughing at some point!!!! After getting a price for my jewelry, I checked out other places just to be sure it was in the same ball park and guess what.... I ended right back to the first place I stared with!!! I highly recommend New England Gold and Silver Jewelers for all your jewelry needs (I even had some time to look around and their pieces are beautiful!!!) I will definitely be back when I'm in need for new jewelry!!

Due to Covid my engagement ring was delayed. Finally got it the day before thanksgiving. Wanted the ring to look nice for Christmas and New Years so went in to get it cleaned and they were very nice and ring came out shining bright

I love this store-Brian is amazing! I’ve been to him for little things like taking out watch links or changing watch batteries-I always look around while I wait but know I could never afford anything. For a couple of years I was watching a specific one of a kind necklace Brian made and one day a few months ago was talking to Lauren (the very knowledgeable woman who works there) about how I love the necklace but can’t afford it. She took it and walked out back to where Brian was fixing my watch and came out quoting me a price half of the original-I could not believe it and bought it on the spot! It is absolutely beautiful and the design means something very personal to me that I told Lauren about. I could not be happier with that purchase and all of the help Brian has given me over the years!
