Despite the fact that they say they will be present at your birth, or someone from the practice will be present at your birth, we somehow managed to get the day that NO ONE from the practice was at women and infants. We got the on call doctor who was awkward, intimidating, even made the nurses uncomfortable, and was talking about a C section from the moment we met him. Just an awful, awful bedside manner during a scary time for us, our first labor and during COVID, no less. And what do you know? He ended up pressuring us into a C section. Didn’t even follow up with us after the surgery. Partners tried to defend his actions by saying they would’ve done the same but we’ve reviewed the files from the hospital and question that diagnosis of the situation. All in all, a very traumatic experience was made even worse by the fact that we had no familiar faces around, because no one from this practice was available. I would recommend going to a practice who will guarantee that they will be present at your birth.

Dr. McMahon is WONDERFUL. I had a planned c section and she was the doctor that delivered my daughter. Everything went flawlessly and she is honestly such a wonderful person and doctor. She makes me feel like I am with a friend, not my Doctor. Couldn't ask for a better OBGYN than her in my opinion. I am planning to have another child, and if it goes the same way my first did, I am requestion Dr. McMahon deliver my 2nd!!! Amazing experience and Amazing Doctor. The front office staff is nice enough, but there was some back and forth when I was dealing with the Maternity Leave paperwork. This time around I will wait for the doctor to sign, and fax it myself! Sending successful faxes seem to be their downfall.

Love Dr.McMahon. Perhaps the best OBGYN I have ever had. She listens and is just amazing. She is the reason my kids were born safely and alive. I mean I trust her completely. The nurses are great too and the other Drs I saw when my doc wasn’t available are great and empathetic (Hawa and Connolly) all just wonderful. The ultrasound techs were so nice . I really love the staff except there is a person at the front desk that is consistently rude to me but still great office and I have the best doctor in the world! ️️️dr McMahon

Have been seeing Dr Kokturk for about 10 years and over 2 pregnancies. He is wonderful. Other doctors are nice too. Wait time is usually very minimal. Billing was always smooth, no Issues. No complaints!

This place is ridiculous, I was taken out on leave because of HG. The receptionists who work at the Pawtucket office constantly got my medical papers wrong. They either put incomplete or inaccurate information on my paperwork which delayed my pay and denied my leave with my employer. This happened four times. I was starting to think it was being done on purpose. I will never come to this office again and I don’t recommend it at all to anyone. They tell you one thing and do another. 0 out of 10 for me.
