I love this store! I'm sad the Consignment store in East Providence closed. The good thing is that they merged with the Pawtucket store. Yeah!!! The customer service is excellent. The manager Leanne and the sales representative Shay give excellent customer service, excellent! They are always very helpful! Some of the items are a little pricey, however I have found some nice things at a good price, and I was also able to sell some items as well! If asked if I would recommend this place, my answer would be yes!

Used to be a great "bargain thrift shop" now I feel it's all consignment or furniture now. The furniture is crazy over priced and glassware is also insane. Clothes are reasonable but just make sure you check for stains and or rips as well a zippers and buttons.

I have been going to this store for 2 years it has always been a great experience, until today. I went there around 7pm on May 27th to bring in clothes. I have always traded for store credit. I was not aware their policy had changed. The older woman working was very rude and aggressive when she made me aware for the changes. I felt very threatened. I had my children with me to make it worse. She made it very clear to me customers have been yelling at her all day. Well maybe if customers have been yelling at her all day it might have something to do with her attitude and they way she treats people. I get it we all have bad days but that doesn't give anyone the right to take it out on someone else. She should find a new job if she's that unhappy

As soon as you walked into the door it smell of mold. All thrift shops have a smell but this was horrible. But was in need of work pants for husband. Brought it one size too small couldn't Exchange. Was told all sales are final its on the receipt. Even though I have exchanged or got store credit before from the thrift bargains . Even Savers will give you store credit I just never seem to have a good experience here from customer service being poor or just some of the stuff just simply shouldn't be resold. Was told by sales clerk there trying to get there customer rating on Google higher. Because of all the bad reviews they get . Well that's not how you go about it. I would go to Savers safe safe bet.

. I love this store. They also have one in East Providence ON Pawtucket Avenue. They take any clothing as long as it's washed and clean they will give you 0.30 a pound if you spend it in the store if you don't then I'll give you 0.50 credit as cash p but for me it's worth it for the 0.30 a pound because I find a lot of nice things in there.

I've been to this store in the past and had OK experiences, gotten good bargains. The last time couple times I have been to this store, there is an older woman who works there who loudly berates customers at the front of the store. Just completely unprofessional and rude. These people are browsing and planning on spending their money. The last time this woman yelled at my husband over a hanger. We will never be going back.
