Terrible called and was on hold for one hour I had to drive to the place to get what I needed sorted out called once more to asked additional questions and was on hold for a hour again ridiculous

Shipped package priority mail and on my receipt said a date, well got tracking on it and text message now says 2 more days and it will be delivered. Yes I know a holidays coming up but it was promised to be shipped by 8pm TODAY! So not happy!!!
