We were on a family trip when we ran something over and the tire started going flat right away. We were able to make it off the highway and found Warren Tire off of Google. I called and spoke to Brittany - she was so pleasant and assured me they would take care of the tire quickly. Customer service was fantastic. Quick turn around for a new tire and we were back on the road in no time. Friendly customer service and quality work is hard to come by these days - so the great service and efficiency of the shop was very much appreciated. I’d recommend Warren Tire to anyone who wants a hassle-free and friendly experience.

I took my 2017 Camaro to have the tires balanced because of vibrations when driving at high speeds, but after the balance was complete I noticed deep scratches on the inside of the rim from their method of removing the adhesive that held the old tire weights on. The job didn’t even fix the vibrations. I then took my car to a body shop and paid 300 dollars for the scratch repair. I also went to another tire shop, and was told the weights used by Warren Tire were a cheap brand, another 110 dollars. So all in all, a lot of money wasted at Warren Tire for a careless job done.
