They literally don’t care about you or your health. They don’t answer the phone & when they do (if they do) they’re extremely rude & dismissive.

Customer service is non-existent. Every time I have a question or need help I am always on hold for more than 30mins and when I call back its usually a day or two after I'm having a serious problem. Today I was on the phone for 1hr and 17mins before I hung up. Woman said there was 2 people answering calls for 5 offices. Been with them for years and their doctors are great but please get a grip on your customer service - hire more people to answer calls.

In the years that I had gone there, it happened to me twice that when I got to my appointment, i was told that my appointment had been cancelled & they claimed that they left a message on my phone. However, there was never any record in my phone that they called. The first time it happened, I thought it was just a mistake, and although upset, I let it go. The second time was unacceptable! I am a therapist who works in a busy practice, and had to make arrangements to schedule my own patients around important doctor appointments. This was extremely inconvenient for me and totally unprofessional. Also, I had been struggling with low libido, which was hurting my marriage, and when I talked with my doctor about this, all she mentioned was for me to read a book about it. After I said that I had done this, she dismissed the problem saying, \well that's just how you are biologically\, and there's nothing I could do! I left in tears thinking that my marriage was over. I found another doctor (not here) who helped to guide me through this and I received the help that I needed. I can never recommend anyone to this place. Very disappointed!
