I am impressed with the sales and service of the showroom...5 months back I purchased Suzuki Acces ,at that time they gave me a helmet free of cost as per rule , but I should say it is substandard , very bad on the quality , I hope you might have purchased that from second hand sellers . ...Also have an issue on the chromium accessories fitted....it is being rusted so fast ( I am not staying in a coastal region ) ....Every bad experience is directly affecting the brand SUZUKI , so Suzuki company staffs have a look on each and every service s provided from the showroom , it is affecting your brand name very badly .

Service not okay. When gone for booking it was said we are going for loan only. But they have changed all documents to cash only , then they started to talk like we mislead them. If anyone willing to buy pls call Everytime and disturb them. They always have a communication barrier with their customers.
