One of the best hotel for affordable price we found in kannur. We paid 1600 for Non AC room and 200 for food. Food was also good. Parking space available. Good service and highly professional staffs. Well maintained rooms with good facilities(TV, Mini Fridge loaded with beverages and snacks, Hair Dryer, extra pillows). Very Professional hotel.

A highly sophisticated stay at Payyanur. Staff is very humble and well mannered. 12hr checkin/checkout available. Room has all amenities similar to any 3-4 Star hotel i.e. Minibar, study centre, hair dryer, dining area etc In house restaurant and the food is delicious. Service is on point. They have hung pretty amazing paintings all over the place. 4 kind of room options are available(pictures are of a semi-delux room) Hotel manager Nishant and from staff Albin were really helpful.
Super neat and clean hotel. Ambiance is good. Polite staffs. Not crowded. Convenient access to the town. Safe and secure stay along with good parking area.

Excellent property, very well maintained, rooms were clean and spot-on with good fabrics and good quality furniture. Both rooms were clean and provided with free bottled water and bathrooms were with most toiletries including a shaving kit. Room bar was well stuffed with essential beverages, beers and decent cookies n Crips. We had a Very good experience as travellers taking an overnight break at Payyanur.
