Very good customer service..good behaviour from staff.. proper timing.. Really enjoyed my journey from home town(Pariyaram) to Thiruvananthapuram couple of days ago..
Travelled twice from Kanjangad to Thrissur in their AC Sleeper service. Excellent sleeper buses, with good berths (really comfortable, with pillows and good length even for 6ft height), sleep friendly driving. Also friendly and courteous drivers and bus staff. Both times the travel time was punctual. The first choice in the Kanjangad-Ernakulam sector
