Good and fast service. Always crowded. Parking is not a big issue. Your work will be done in with in 30 min if you have all the proper documents. Very near to Payyannur town. You can find refreshments shop near by. Try to reach on time to get a speed service.

Authorities should take care of this, TCS is demanding money for Passport cover which costs Rs.500 and SMS services Rs.50, they are threatening old and general public to pay or else Passport won't be issued!

Overall a good experience ,staffs are friendly and guides us for everything,except a staff at the first counter(token) was very rude .then i changed my counter and it was very quick and fast processing .not that crowded place ,follows covid protocols etc.the male staff in the A counter did not force me but asked me if i want a cover for the passport( as he said optional) in a polite manner.

Passport seva kendra Payyanur, Kerala need to change the security staff there, The people who are coming there is not coming as beggers to hear his loud voice and shouting, who authorised him to shout at women and elderly people. This is pathetic behaviour.

Unfair behaviour from the staffs...!! It's unfair to come compell woman who are unaware of the the things. Today the officers (I would like to call then as sales persons or agents) they just make the ladies stressed by telling that if any sorts of wrinkles happeneds to any pages you would get a fine of rs:5k and all to buy a 500 rupees cover for you passport. Also charging extra for sms and so on... And also no toilet facilities and place to have seated for our family membseven at the outside
