I wasn't happy with them at first, but then slowly reality sinks in that here they are not charging an arm and a leg. Actually return your calls unlike 95% of the Psychiatric community. They are available. Now yeah the treatment is not the one I wanted to get at all, but to deny that it could be extremely beneficial is to live with my head in the sand. At least these people got me in so I would not end up getting hurt from coming off my medication too fast during Covid-19. I edited the rating simply because I think a basic question in therapy or even medication management is \how are you doing?

I have been to a few people in the past and finally met Dr Jennifer Angert and she is truly the best!

Not my experience, but a very close relatives' experience. They are the rudest people that I've ever come across. She just got her medical marijuana card and they humiliated her completely for the fact that she did it. She's only trying to better herself and get off all these drugs that these places seem to put you on to compensate for the last drug. Not only that, but they booted her from the program!! It's disgusting!

Worst mental health experience I’ve ever had. I was referred here after a psychiatric hospitalization, I spent six months in therapy seeing a therapist and a psychiatrist. I coulddnt go weekly as there wasn’t any availability both my doctor and my therapist would come to get me 20-30 minutes late when I was always there on time, I once watched my therapist stand behind the window laughing and bantering with the check in ladies for ten minutes when she was already late for my appointment. They did not listen to me, barely let me speak, did not validate how I felt and absolutely did not help me get through those feelings. My medication was always giving me trouble and they blamed it on me taking them incorrectly which I was very vigilant not to do. I set alarms and had pill organizers to do exactly as they said. I was suffering with an eating disorder at the same time which they offered no help for. They did not respect my wishes medically, my doctor refused to write me a referral for an emotional support animal insisting that my healthcare treatment wasn’t consistent, after I missed one appointment due to an emergency and I gave them a call the day of to notify them. I was misdiagnosed and not listened to. I was told I was bipolar 2 after they spoke to me for five minutes. I’m actually bipolar 1 with rapid cycling and borderline personality disorder. Which they diddnt know me well enough to pick up on. They did not let me know that my insurance wasn’t covering my visits until I had been going for months and I got a hefty bill in the mail for services that I wasn’t even sure I was getting. When I called them to explain I can’t afford to come anymore they were rude and Indifferent. These people are collecting a paycheck and nothing else.
